hi, i buy my lunnchmeat from the deli, and i buy 1 pound, it usually lasts me about 3 days. im curious as to how much protein is in 1 slice, because i put 5 slices on my turkey sandwich. each slice is like 7" long, and 3" wide. they are NOT the prepackaged stuff u buy in the refrigerator isle next to the hotdogs and bologna.

1oz has about 60-70 calories, with 6-7g protein.
...Not with uncertainty. Thus I Fight:not as one who beats the air. But I discipline my body and bring it into Subjection...
1 Corinthians 9:26-27
Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own. You were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body.

according to the site, around 105 g protein in a LB of sliced turkey.
divide that by 3
you get 35g protein per day. and if you really use 5 slices per day, making exactly 15 slices, that would be 7g/slice
