how much protein in a slice of deli turkey?

hi, i buy my lunnchmeat from the deli, and i buy 1 pound, it usually lasts me about 3 days. im curious as to how much protein is in 1 slice, because i put 5 slices on my turkey sandwich. each slice is like 7" long, and 3" wide. they are NOT the prepackaged stuff u buy in the refrigerator isle next to the hotdogs and bologna.

the turkey i eat looks like this

i would say between 7-9 grams of protein per slice for how big that slice is.

1oz has about 60-70 calories, with 6-7g protein.

    thats easy..

    http://www.calorieking.com/foods/cal...9dHVya2V5.html

according to the site, around 105 g protein in a LB of sliced turkey.

    divide that by 3

you get 35g protein per day. and if you really use 5 slices per day, making exactly 15 slices, that would be 7g/slice
