    what do ya think of this bulk diet?

    Breakfast:-
    2 Hard boiled eggs
    Tub of yogurt
    Oats
    2 Slice whole wheat toast
    Milk

    10:30:-
    Banana
    Baked potato
    Orange Juice

    1:00:-
    1 Chicken breast
    Baked potato or Rice
    Milk
    Banana

    4:00:-
    Apple
    Baked potato
    Milk

    7:00:-
    Bowl of salad
    Steak
    New potatoes
    2 slice whole wheat toast

    10:00:-
    Yogurt
    2 eggs
    Orange Juice

    Also Lots of water throughout the day.

    at least the following changes:

    probably double your breakfast, up your protein, especially @1030 and 400, with meat of some sort...


    and it seems to be lacking fats. anyone else agree?

    Lacks of fat, no orange juice before bed(milk instead), more protein at 10.30 and 4.00, and if you want replace the yogurt by cc at your last meal and add a good source of fat or buy some fish oil. You need fats! You're maybe relying too much on potatoes (high gi...) for your carbs, vary it, brown rice, oatmeal, ww couscous...
