simple question.
I bet I'll get flamed by some looser who still wets the bed.

Well I've been training them every other day for the last 2 weeks and man have my abs transformed! I'm at 6%bf and until now I had no abs to show unless I flexed and stood under a good light.
My abs (sorry to sound big headed) are awsome now, I mean I have muscles I never new existed! I used to try everything to get the dam things to show. I tried the 200 full sit ups, millions of full crunches, well almost everything. my abs are starting to take a mens health mag cover models shape. The definition on the obliques (the main thing I wanted with lower abs) is mad. They are no bigger (well not much) just difined, I cant explain, like a weired shape.
I can imagine what they will look like by Christmas.

That sort of shape, know what I mean?
I do bridges and ball crunches.
I'll go into more detail if anyone cares.++ Positive Crew ++

6-Pack? I'm assuming your huge from the obvious experience you have.
I'm not huge by any means, my main concentration is soccer until the end of high school, this is just something I do on the side. Most of my friends think I'm all buffed out but I don't think so. I just enjoy enjoy learning alot about this stuff and applying it to my sports and efforts in the weightroom and in the kitchen. Actually alot of what I've learned has helped me maintain my muscle throughout my whole soccer season since I have only lost 2 pounds or so without hitting the weights. I will take bodybuilding more seriously after I stop playing high level soccer which might be after college since I am hoping to play in college. Right now though I just do a regular 3 day split routine when it's not high school season and eat healthy. I don't take any supplements besides a multivitamin and occasionally take whey protein.
BTW tomorrow night I'm playing in the group four state finals for high school soccer. I'm sooooooooooooooooooooooo pumped! Just thought I'd add that.

My ab routine is,
-side bridge, holding for 90secs each side (hoping to get to 120secs soon).
-then I lift my legs 6-12" of ground when laying on back, holding for 60secs.
-AB ball (big inflatable thing), lay on it and do 110 sit ups (building up). I try to get the hardest position.
-I then finish with hanging leg raises for 10 reps. (start with hanging knee raises).
I alternate with
side bridge, holding for 90secs each side
decline weighted sit ups 3 sets
that chair thing which u lift u can do leg lifts with. I do 3 sets weighted max reps
works a dream for me but may do jack for you++ Positive Crew ++
