Hi y'all, i just stumbled across this site and thought it was really good. I have basically worked out off and on for the past few years with the last stint being about 9 months ago, so in other words i look like crap. But anyway, im 5'11" and currently weigh 168 pounds, which im going to be remedying soon i hope. Just wanted to take some before pictures to see what you guys think about my overall starting point.
My back has always been a strong point which you will see in the pictures. but i have VERY long arms and legs so ill have to fill up more volume than all you guys with short arms.
Im decently strong, went to the gym today and maxed out at 225 on bench, was able to do 125 on the barbell curl standing up. Arms have always been a sticking point for me as well, although they have always been pretty strong. At my strongest i could barbell curl 155 pounds and weighed just 175. Anyways heres the link, tell me what you think and hopefully we'll start seeing progress soon!

they're in the bodybuilding album, i apologize about the lack of quality of the poses, i had to take them myself, hopefully i'll get my brother to take some of me so they will give you a better idea of my physique.

Those BB curls are impressive. Curling 155 at 175 b/w is great
From the bicep shots, it looks like you could do with some more mass on your tris / forearms but the last rear bi pose looks a lot more balanced.
Your back certainly looks well developed. Maybe add in some more trap work. Shrugs and bent over rows.
You don't look like crap. Far from it. I agree with strung_out209.Retired strongwoman and powerlifter. Now living for God!

Hahaha thanks for the replies guys. As far as what does it have....which one are you speaking of? The purple one was my baby, it was a full bolt on car making about 365hp and 420lb ft. of torque. She was good for 12 second 1/4 mile timeslips all day on slicks. I sold her in july though, just kinda got tired of it and wanted something new. I got the black one, which is a '98 and its all stock right now with the exception of a flowmaster catback exhaust. So i should be right around 335hp. BTW, the purple car is a 1993, looks pretty good dont she!!

Lynne, WOW, thanks a lot for the compliments! always nice hearing things like that from the ladies I know my back looks good but i never really thought my arms were that great. As they are now without a pump they're only 14 3/4". Biggest I ever got them was about 15 3/4. Thanx for the compliments on the car guys!
