    Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex.....Any Good??

Since the search engine does not allow me to search for words less than four letters long (ie "pro"), I thought I would ask someone here for experiences on Optimum Nutrition's Pro Complex.

I've heard that each serving has over 50 grams of protein and is fortified with amino acids, etc. Well, I have the following questions

    1. Is Optimum a reputable brand? Should I believe that each serving has > 50 grams of protein?

    2. How is the taste? Any recommendations on flavors?

    3. How about the texture? Is it thick or thin? The last thing I want is something thick that takes an hour to go down!!

    4. Digestibility? Anyone experience problems digesting this product?

    5. How do you view this product as an overall value?

Thanks in advance for the responses.

I mix it with water so its pretty thin...I have no problems digesting it and i'm lactose intolerant...The taste is normal for a protein shake (only drink chocolate and strawberry)...You can't beat the price $40 bucks or under for a 4lb tub...

It has a decent mixture of whey's and egg. It has 250mg of aminogen. It has 55g per 2 scoops, with the 4.4 having 28 servings I think. If you want a good blend of protein, minus the carbs, go with Protein diet in the big tub. Its first ingredient is caseinate.
