I want to mix my protein shakes in the morning and drink them later on in the day. Will this hurt the effectiveness of the shake? Thanks!

No. You *should* be fine. Just don't make it on Tuesday and drink it on Friday. You don't want to know 1) the smell and 2) the weird looking green fungae growing in it
Also, when you mix it in the a.m., add some ice cubes to it to keep it cool and try to keep it in the fridge as well

Thanks! It will be going from my blender right to the fridge at work which is like 5 minutes tops and I will drink it a couple hours later. Thanks again man!

i don't advice you to premix any sport supplements coz they lose their effects when premixed
always go heavy no matter what

I was going to attempt that but after a few hours the FFmilk/Protein mix had a weird look to it so i dumped it out.

put the powder in a shaker bottle, then when u get to where ever just mix it with water or milk and drink

Some Protein Powders Have Protein Enzymes In Them To Speed Up Diggestion, These will start breaking down the shake when you leave it a long time, (hours)

Its a bad idea...Im not sure effectiveness wise, but i know from experience that it tastes horrible premixed! Why dont you get one of those pill cup things...they are a tupperware type container for pills, mine hold one scoop of protien powder.
