Crunks OxyGuno Log
Today starts my oxyguno cycle and hopefully it will live up to its expectations. Im gonna be taking 3 pills a day for 4 weeks while I try to maintain lean muscle as I start cutting up for the summer. My workout split is monday through friday working out each bodypart once a week, taking saturday and sunday to recuperate. Ill also be throwing about 30 minutes of cardio a day.
My current stats are 5'9 and as of today 195. Im 25 and been lifting for a little more than three years. This isnt my first ph cycle, so i kind of expect it to kick in around three weeks out, as my body has reacted to the other phs the same way. Ive seen other people on the boards already one week in and taking twice the dose that im taking, and i think that is just ridiculous. People just think if they take a high dose they are magically gonna wake up twice the size. I got nolva on hand for pct, and I wouldnt trust any of these OTCs as a pct, even though its not androgenic at all. I work out at night so i will be updating it around 11 PM.

Haha hell yeah man. It seems like everyone has ordered a bottle but no one has started taking it yet. People over at AM are already a week into it, bashing the product cause it didnt work in a weeks time LOL. Ok well yesterday i worked back, nothing new to report besides waking up sore as hell. Just took my first pill of day two along with the breakfast of champions -4 eggs, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 scoop of protein, and im off to a long brutal day at work, then the gym to rip my chest to shreds.

Day 2
Just got home from work and did a brutal set of arms. They feel like balloons right now. Did 30 minutes of cardio, and now eating one protein shake with whole wheat toast and natty pb. My gf picked up the chunky version and let me tell ya its the best ish in the world. Its more addictive than meth. Well 3 oxys down the hatch and tommorow starts a new day. Nothing out of the ordinary has happened yet, but i will make note when it does and IF it does. I will try to make this more detailed as the days go on, and hopefully i will have a before an after picture up also when i am totally off of it.

I feel you on that man. I usually like to hear about products, but after taking orastan-a, I felt like i should log the next supp i take because no one might log about it at all. Orastan A has been out for a while now-and yet no logs. Weird.

DAy 3
Today sucked dick. I had to work a 12 hour shift and it was brutal. I worked out shoulders and did 30 minutes of cardio while watching the worst season of the real world ever. Its awesome our gym just got those lcd screens so we can watch cable. I was thinking for ****s and giggles and bringing in best of asia carerra and popping that sucker in to see how the people next to me react. Ill prolly get kicked out in a second considering bob bonham owns the gym. Every 5 seconds the music stops to hear him scream "whoever used the bench machine strip down the weight". SO anywayz enough with the rant and back with the log. Nothing new to report. No increase of acne or oily skin. My bad boys havent shrunk a bit [so my gf tells me] and i havent felt any strength increase at all. As i said a couple days ago, it usually takes three weeks before i start noticing changes on myself so of course i have a lot of patience. Well to put some meat on this log , let me bore you with todays diet detail.
Woke up at 7;30
8;00-ate a Metrx COlossal protein bar_the shizzel
Came home at 1030 took a nap to 1200
12-ate the breakfast of champions-4 eggs one serving of oatmeal and one scoop protein shake
230-2 scoop of ON whey protein shake
500-6 oz of grilled chicken/1 1/ cup of mixed veggies
700- 1 cup of low sugar yogurt/can of tuna
900-20 grams protein and a piece of white bread
WORKOUT
1100-20 grams of protein one slice of whole wheat bread with natty crunchy pb
I figured Ill start taking quick digestive carbs right before workout since its the end of the night and I have no energy. I work for fed ex, so im constantly running around, pickin up packages, and burning a crap load of calories in the process. Im gonna be playing a little with my diet also. I might try carb loading for the weekend. Since im taking a ph, i dont want to overdo it by only eating 2000 calories. Ill just be burning off the muscle i should be putting on. My maintain diet runs up around 2800-3000 calories, so i think i might just run it a little less, and gradually down to about 2200 by the time all is said and done. I been drinking 2 gallons of water a day, and man am i bloated. The worst part is when you are driving all day and you have to constantly go to the bathroom. I have this system in which i get 2 large ice coffee cups from dunkin donuts. One for intake and one for outake. LOL. Well time for a shower.

It was decent at best. I stacked it with halo and pounded the ish for 6 weeks top dose. It DEF lowered body fat, but after one trip to mcdonalds, it all came back to me. BUT everyone reacts to things differently. I am far from skinny, so maybe i did gain lm, but just cant see it. I read alot of peoples profiles on the halo liquigels, and people were gaining 10 ibs and throwing boulders off of mountains. Yet, i pound orastan a and that and i might have gained a total of 3 ibs in 6 weeks.

I was reading on a couple websites that a few companies, including SFR, is planning on coming out with a product the same idea as orastan-a. It suppose to be dosed correctly and a lot cheaper.

Day 4
Ok im at a crossroads here. I just checked out the other logs from a different site and this product has been tested and the ingrediants are what they say, but with a twist. AS quoted from the guy who tested it:
Yes, exactly! That's what my bottle says too and that's what the insert that came in the box says too and after testing, that's what it is alright. It has been tested and confirmed to contain just that. See any problems though?
Like the fact it's not 17a-alkylated! Yeah!! Of course the non-methyl form is going to suck at 7.5mg. No wonder it's not doing anything for people, 100 tabs of this is only like a two day supply at the most, if it's like similar non-methyl compounds. I am not suggesting anybody take 50 tabs though.
What a rip off! But hey, I gotta hand it to them, it is what they say. lol
So basically since its not methylated, its underdosed. So here are my options. I can up the dose to like 5-6 a day till i finish the bottle or i can stack it with superdrol. Big cat said he didnt see how superdrol would be anything but a cutter, so i can try that since i still have nolva left and about a 3 week cycle too. But ill leave it up to the people who subscribed to this thread. If i am gonna up the dose or start the drol with it it wont be till monday so please let me know what you want since you guys are the reason i ran this log in the first place. ****, ill even keep the dose the same if ya'all want me too. Granted im still gonna be cutting the same way and i will post before and after pics like i said i would. So any suggestions just post it up, and thanks for everyone that has been checking up on this.
Anywayz today i did chest and 20 minutes of cardio. Nothing yet to result so far. STrength the same. I felt a bit tired at the gym but that can be from the new diet and all the cardio i been doing this week.

I'm not 100% Sure of Dr.D's testing yet, so don't jump the gun. For example you know something like this is going to intrigue PA into testing it, then his results would either confirm or Deny Dr.D's.
Why not wait to see how it is after a week and a half before deciding to jump into something else. If this turns out to be a **** product, hell it wouldn't add any value to a stack anyways.

A couple days ago i read the label and wondered why there was no methyl in the composition. I dont know too much about stuff like that so i didnt think too much of it.

Wow. I just pulled out the box it came in. On the box it says Methyl in the formula. The other side it doesnt have it. Nor does it have it on the bottle. Interesting.

bro, please keep this a pure oxyguno log and don't jump on the superdrol or another compound. it will help clear the confusion with what this product can/can't do and if it really isn't 17aa which will make a big difference. you can always do another cycle later. i say if anything, up the dosage but don't throw in another compound. you are one of a few who is running a pure oxyguno log. peace, beef27

True. Im not gonna up the dosage. Im gonna do what the bottle says because that is the recommended dose that everyone is prolly going to take. So enough with the nonsense and back with the oxyguno log LOL

Day 5
Woke up at 7 surprisingly in a good mood, which is weird considering i am such a grouch. My overall well being is great, i dont know what it is but i hope it sticks around. I worked out my legs today and im still weighing in at 195. I noticed that im gettin a bit more vascular and that im gettin headaches, which NEVER happens to me. Could be from chugging so much water who knows. This weekend im gonna relax and monday i hit the gym again. Tommorow im gonna buy calipers so i can see my body fat percentage. This will help me adjust my diet and to help with this log. I will start monday posting my workout and diet. Im gonna try to make more of a solid log now that the first week is about to be done. This week i put down what my stength so i can see if i get any sudden increase in strength. Ill be on this thing all weekend so i will be updating.

Day 6
nothing knew to report today. I went to gnc and calipers there were 50 bucks. Ill stop in at vitamin shoppe on monday to see if i can get them cheaper. But i did get 3 boxes of low sugar detour bars for 17.50. I noticed im gettin a little edgier as the days go by. Didnt go to the gym today. Trying to enjoy the weekend for once and i got a bunch of x box 360 games to play that i bought but never opened. I had to endure watching my friend purchase some AAS and god i was tempted. Oh well at least i can look in the mirror and know that i worked my ass off for every inch of muscle that i put on my body ever since i started.

Hey hey Crunk. Keep it up man and keep us updated. I am subscribed and interested in this controversial product as are alot of people. I gotta agree with Beef and say thanx for running an Oxy only log. I have seen a log where a guy is singing praises for Oxy, but he is running 4 a day on top of 2 Hema a day. Anyway I hope it works for ya cuz I have a bottle on the way now and I will be be very dissapointed if this is not what it is supposed to be.

Day 7
Nothing new to report. I go back to the gym tommorow to do some back and hopefully my abducters will feel a lot better so i can do cardio. Those machines absolutely ruined them. Im thinking of bumpin up the pills to 4 a day, but that is if i dont see any results by the end of the week. I put pics up so people can see where im at. Hopefully by the end of the cycle ill be holding a lot less water and have lowered my Bf a crapload. Im gonna see if i can get cheaper calipers tommorow while im at work so i can tell if i am losing bodyfat and gaining lean mass from this product.

Day 8
`Today i worked back out and did a half an hour of cardio. Damn i felt REALLY energetic today, i felt like i can do cardio forever. Might of been due to not gettin piss drunk this weekend. LOL. Well nothing new to report, as it is only day 8. Today i will be upping the dose to 4 pills. This will prolly kick the cycle to three weeks, which i prefer when i do prohormones. The good thing about doing this also is that i wont have extra after im done with the cycle. I seen people on forums taking 6 at a time, while others say 4 is where its at. I will NOT up it farther than 4, I value my liver just a little bit. I stepped on the scale and weighed the same-195. DOesnt come to no surprise because when i lose weight it usually happens about week 3 of working cardio into my workout schedule. I bought a crapload of protein bars on saturday, so 3 of my meals are going to be direct protein sources.
