Hey...I'm 16, 5'11.5'', 173lbs...I've got a little bit of fat on my stomach, not like noticeable as a fat guy by any means, but just some loose skin here and there so my bottom two abs don't show up too great...How much cardio, and what would you reccomend and for how long(both duration of workout and actual time{ie months}) should it take to loose this...Also any good diet plans would be greatly appreciated...(by the way, any suggestions on how not to get extremely sick feeling after sprints?)
