Can I do HIIT every non-lifting day?

I want to do HIIT every single day for maximum weight loss. As long as I dont do it on a weight lifting day, is it ok?

HIIT puts a strain on your CNS, so you need to give it time to recover.

You're not doing any weight training? If not, how come?

If you are, I would not do HIIT the day after a leg day -- it won't give your legs time to recover from the weight training.

I do HIIT 3 times a week, weight lifting 3 times a week as well.

My lifts are still going up, and until they stall, I will continue to do what I do.

Always have proper periodization and deload every 2 months or so, basically, when you feel like your body needs it.

As for HIIT, I'd check with whomever is knowledgable about your program.

More intesne programs may not allow it, beginner programs may.

Two or three times a week is all you'll be able to handle. Between lifting days and HIIT days, it's pretty taxing on your body.
