    Totally depends on overall food consumption. Here is how "I" do things. 12 times your pounds in body weight. So if U weigh 200, then 12 x 200 = 2400 cals per day. Then ratio it out. P/C/F. I personally use 50/30/20. Good starting point, unless U R an ecto, then I would try 15 cals/lb. However, I am an endo so I stick with the 12 (or lower end).
