how many carbs per meal is too much

I know if you eat too much carbs in one sitting it will be stored as fat. Where should the limit be placed on the amount of carbs to be consumed in one meal. Im guessing around 70grams max. Also how about protien and fat meals. How much fat in one meal is too much. Maybe 35 grams? What I mean by too much is the limit to where your body will not be able to use it and instead store it as adipose fat tissue.

Carbs will not be stored as fat if you use them efficiently.

Carbs = energy. Eat your carbs.
