Im trying to figure out which should be my main shoulder exercise.
Seated barbell press....or clean and press.
I usually follow up with some laterals and trap work.
Which is more effective? Should I just do both?...usually after the cleans my seated press is a lot weaker.

clean and press is basically a full body movement. If you are working for athletics you might use clean and press. Otherwise probably just use the regular press without cleaning it
the downside to clean and press is that it hits SO many bodyparts that its hard to fit it into a routine unless you are doing a 3x full body routine etc"Humility comes before honor"
