Not been around lately been getting back in the gym with my shoulder injury.
Also a couple of weeks ago I got ENGAGED
Just thought i'd let my keto people know (since this is the only place I post!)

Took a few months off to work on the old marriage, and now I'm back and in business. I am studying for my CPT exam as well as a Performance Nutrition Certification from ISSA. On top of that I'm scheduled to do 8 triathlons this year, with a full plate of sponsors.
