What's the best stimulant free fat burner?
Due to the fact I had a kidney removed last year, my doctor say's I should avoid most of the supplements I used to take. I was wondering what's the best stimulant free fat burner on the market.

exercise and proper nutrition.
But seriously, either take an ECA stack, green tea pills, or literally piss your money away. The choice is yours.

I'd like to take an ECA stack but caffeine is what my doctor wants me to avoid. It raises blood pressure and can damage my kidney. Although I have been drinking alot of diet Coke without any problems.
This might be a stupid question but what is sesamin?

If your doctor told you to avoid most of what you took before, then your doctor would be best able to advise you on what fat burn/loss supps you can take...not anyone here, imo.Originally Posted by ChuckBird

Totally agree. If you only have one kidney and have your doctor giving you guidelines regarding supplementation, you should follow his advice seriously. Please don't take some product that is recommended online by people you don't know without first consulting your doctor.Originally Posted by ScottC
