Changing Keto Schedule
With my current schedule, it'll be impossible to do my depletion workout and start my carbup on Friday (I almost always work). Could I do it Saturday instead? I'm only doing a 12-hour carbup, so I could just do it all day Saturday. So my week would look like this:
Mon- Back/Tris/Abs
Tues- Cardio AM/ Shoulders+Bis PM
Wed- Rest
Thurs- Cardio AM/Chest+Abs PM
Fri- Legs
Sat- Off/Carbup
Sun- Cardio/Abs
Some weeks I'll be able to begin my carbup Friday, but is this ok if I can't?

Yeah doing it on Saturday will be fine.
I am not afraid... I was born to do this!

2:30ish-3:30ish...then it's a mad dash to eat, change, get my food for the night and get to work :-\ I usually can't even shower in between either, and I only have a 10 minute break from 5-10. This Friday I don't have to work, so I'll be able to carb up and see how everything works out.

Another Q...
I'm getting measured on Monday, and I'm worried I'll be bloated or something from my carbup Sat. I'm only doing 12 hours, and I can't decide how I want to do it. I was thinking either:
Do a total leg workout Friday evening, carbup all day Saturday.
OR
Do compound leg work Friday evening, carbup until Saturday afternoon, and then do isolation leg work.
OR
Do compund leg work Friday evening, isolation leg work Saturday morning, and carbup for the rest of the day Saturday.
On Sunday I'm going to jog for 30 minutes. I don't want to take Wednesday and Saturday off this week, I don't like taking 2 days off in a week. I also want to make sure I'm back in ketosis as soon as possible and not bloated on Monday. I haven't had a leg day yet this week either, and I'm not used to having just one. :-(

I vary carb ups. Sometimes friday, sometimes saturday. I have even went for sunday. The thing is , don't worry so much and just experiment.

Yea, I just can't decide how I want to put my workout around it. I feel that if I do my compound work Friday, then start my carbup and do my isolation work Saturday in the middle of my carbup, it'll interfere with the carbing-up benefits.

Nah just do it. It won't really mess you up. I like to do a carb up and still bust my ass during it. Try and if it doesn't work then don't do it again. The nice thing is, we have time to experiment.

Yea, I'm thinking of doing legs before and after my carbup, so I can get back to ketosis asap. I'm starting to get paranoid cause I have a comp. in 16 weeks, and I keep thinking I won't be ready :-(

Ketosis is easy to get into. Don't sweat it. 16 weeks is enough time to cut razor sharp. Just be strict with the diet. The workouts can be changed to fit.

Yea, I've been working with my trainer for months, got my diet in check at the beginning of Jan. It's just me being paranoid and very impatient. Some of the women I see on the website look sooooo amazing, and I forget that they've been training for years, and for me it's been 3 months hehe :-]

I am not female but for me it is over 20 plus years. Patience is something I learned after many years. At 50 I have all the patience needed for both of us.

I do have to work on that ^_^ My boyfriend says I'm the most impatient person he's ever met hehe. Maybe I'll just do it differently each time and keep my body guessing, that never hurts.
