I have to agree that is a lot of volume!

Training to failure, 5X5 I know everyone is different but even on AAS you could overtrain!

so does anybody have any suggestions on a workout program I could do that still has some cardiovascular and plyometrics on leg days or have it be the same workouts or whatever is a better workout but make it so that I don't overtrain or something.

thanks guys. I was just looking at this and I posted it like 3 months ago and I just have to think how stupid I was back then. If my old self from three months ago met my newself now my newself would laugh at him and tell him how stupid he is, but I guess we all make mistakes when we first start. so thanks for the advice you guys or I might still be just about as mislead as I was then. Thanks again everyone.
