how do i compare??

I am 14 years old and I would like to know how i compare with other 14 years olds

5'9" 185 pounds

15" arms
42 3\4" chest

flat bench 205 for 2 ... 185 for 5
deadlift 250 for 10
one handed curls 50 for 5

so any 14 year older or anybody that remembers when they were 14

i had a felling i would get this responce.. there are so many liars out there you dont know when to believe somebody.. but i'm not lieing, and yes i have pic. that i will post but they are old

i have always been bigger then my friends.. and people always think im 16 or 17 years old but im not

Wow, that is quite impressive for 14 i have to say. And to answer ur question comparing to other 14 yr olds, you are bigger than them.

I didnt work out when i was 14 but im pretty sure i could have benched the bar, not the olimpic one naturaly, it would have crushed me!
How long have you been working out? You really look great, for any age even, let alone 14.

You don't need to be deadlifting for 10 reps. As you tire your back will start to round, especially if you're going anywhere near failure. You can make good gains off lower reps. I never have trained deadlift above 5 reps, usually more like 4-3 and I went from pulling in the higher 200's(I was doing sets of 225x5) and now can pull 405 at 155. I suppose that is only strength gains, but I've also made good size gains. I train deads in more of a powerlifting style and my back is still my best bodypart.

I think since my dead strength has gone up, now I can use much heavier weight and it taxes all the smaller muscles in my middle back/trap area more. When I was just doing 275x5 I didn't feel it nearly as much in my middle back area. Now those muscles are having to catch up.

Anyways... just a suggestion. Hope it may be of some help.

my arms now are 15" pumped and flexed

thanks breathingmurder.. I know that already but i workout at home and 250lbs is all i got right now .. soon im going to get 2 more 45lb. plates

i have really kick off the last month or so and those pic. are taken before that

and im almost 15 by the way.. my birthday is dec. 7

I wish I had your type of body. I'm 14 as well, but 1/3 of your weight. I super skiinny, short, and have no muscle. I'm 5'2, 54 pounds. I need to gain major weight. Great work- better than most 14-year-olds...

That must be a typo , 54 lbs isnt possible at 5'2 unless you are about to die from starvation

the trick is too keep it going and not stop gaining and eating right...Too many people come along and are big and lift a little and do well than quit or something else happens...Concentrait and when your 20-21 you be a freak....
