I am 14 years old and I would like to know how i compare with other 14 years olds
5'9" 185 pounds
15" arms
42 3\4" chest
flat bench 205 for 2 ... 185 for 5
deadlift 250 for 10
one handed curls 50 for 5
so any 14 year older or anybody that remembers when they were 14

When i was 14 i was skinny and pathetic ( i hadnt even start training )........about 100 lbs of solid muscle LOL
5'11 @ 220lbs.

I think since my dead strength has gone up, now I can use much heavier weight and it taxes all the smaller muscles in my middle back/trap area more. When I was just doing 275x5 I didn't feel it nearly as much in my middle back area. Now those muscles are having to catch up.
Anyways... just a suggestion. Hope it may be of some help.

if you read the thread i said thepictures are old..
my arms now are 15" pumped and flexed
thanks breathingmurder.. I know that already but i workout at home and 250lbs is all i got right now .. soon im going to get 2 more 45lb. plates
i have really kick off the last month or so and those pic. are taken before that
and im almost 15 by the way.. my birthday is dec. 7

the trick is too keep it going and not stop gaining and eating right...Too many people come along and are big and lift a little and do well than quit or something else happens...Concentrait and when your 20-21 you be a freak....
