    Push Ups or Bench Press

    Is working with your own body weight doing calastitics just as good as working out with a bench, free weights and so on.

    it all depends on what kind of muscle development you want the bench is far superior to push-ups in my experience

    Wow man, this is getting bad. No matter what Usher and his personal "trainer" says, using your own body weight will not lead to as much muscle mass ass resistence exercise.
