SYNOPSIS
Building the Perfect Beast....Naturally
Forward
"Building the Perfect Beast.Naturally" is a discussion of the "natural" athlete's approach to obtaining Freak-Status. Of course the term "natural" actually applies to all of the individuals who utilize any-and-all-means to acquire as much muscle mass as inhumanly possible with the only guiding stipulation being "NOT ILLEGAL OR DEADLY" in many cases. How can anyone claim that the use of certain over the counter, gray market supplements, and lifting tons of iron day-in-day-out is natural anyway? Let us be honest. This is already a questionably sane life-style without going into all of the micro-subculture, self-righteous, moralistic, self-centered justifications!
For those readers who have read "Chemical Muscle Enhancement" and "Building The Perfect Beast," thank you. I hope to keep your interest in our crazy sports alive with the present text.
Of course there will always be those who will feel that this book too should be about content similar to these prior tombs, but those have already been written. Why do so again? As hard as a few may try to convince you otherwise, the human body can be made to perform and progress at an amazing rate without the primary focus being anabolic steroids and without the possible associated legal issues. This is not to condemn others who are making informed choices, but it is the interest of Team **** to help athletes of all persuasions with the broadest range of hands-on knowledge.
In the present text we will discuss the first steps in hard-core mass gaining techniques of the natural beast in greater detail. I warn you the reader that the information that follows isn't always pretty, but it is always factual and based upon real life experience and the credo: "Research is mandatory. But only as a method to further explain what I repeatedly see to be an actual fact." It is easy to manipulate research data but very difficult to deny a factual event that is proven over and over again in multiple settings.
Building The Perfect Beast.Naturally will discuss: high intensity training protocols, paramount dietary ideals, and some applicable supplements many legal or otherwise chemically enhanced and natural athletes alike have used to maximize the muscle building process. I hope the reader is not of the nature that is more interested in the "trend of the month", but rather focused upon only what actually works and why.
This book is written in a conversational accumulative format. This of course means that we are talking "to the reader" and assume that you too hate to repeat yourself in too great of a detail simply because someone was not listening (reading) earlier. The truth is that it would be a waste of paper, happy trees, and your time if we did.

Growing up as a boy, he was always good at sports. Maybe a little too good for some people's liking. Day after day of baseball practice, after showing everyone else up, he would be ostricized for his skill. One day, it got physical. A boy attempted to what he thought was "flying dragon kick" him, only to put on the ground with a dodge and strike combo. That was when he knew he had some special skills. As time went on, he grew and grew, and moved focus from baseball to tennis. He grew in height quickly but his musculature, however strong, remained below average. After being known as the best in his school, some bigger, more developed guys attempted to bully him, and because of their greater size, thought they could win. One fight later, that thought process was over for that group, but every so often more would think the same and the tormenting would continue. All he wanted was to be excellent, but that wasnt enough. He wanted respect. So, he began his bodybuilding journey, learning and developing more and more along the way. Now seeing results, getting due respect, and being able to stand up for and protect himself, he can progress unhindered. But, he needs the knowledge of those who have already been through what he is in the process of doing, and the greatest source of said knowledge is the book, "Building The Perfect Beast... Naturally." Unwilling to take second place, unwilling to quit, he wants the best of the best; and this is it. His name is James, and he will succeed.
God bless/science be with our military

Ok, here is the story !
Actually the Captain Canuck tries to build his beast shape with Vodka and Poutine. He thinks it is hyper-anabolic ! He wonders if he is right and if he should add a leather jacket for PCT and rub some essential oil of his biceps !
Thats why he need the book to confirm his theory !
Good story ATK ?I do not work for any supplement company, I am on bb.com to share feedback on supplements and to try to help people with the little knowledge I have. **Please note this**

This is the fable of the octopus and the squirrel. During the Fall, the squirrel saved all of his nuts and carefully stored them for the winter. In the meantime, the octopus did not save any food for the winter, instead splurging on supplements and consuming them without regard to the catabolic months lying ahead.
Come the winter, the squirrel had saved up all his nuts, while the octopus had nothing to eat (having run out of whey the night before). Unfortunately, the squirrel died, and the octopus stole all his nuts, and then bought himself a ferrari. The end.
The fable I just told reminds of the fable of the Ant and the Coconut: they are both boring.I remember being relevant.
