7evens Semi-Transformation from 360+
I've finally caved in... I've decided to post my semi-transformation. I still have about another 25 lbs to lose before I start my first true bulk. Everything I've accomplished has been since September 2005 where I started at 360+. So about a year and a half worth of work. I've also never lifted weights prior to starting...
P.S. It was really difficult for me to put some of these pics up. I do have other pics (shirtless) but I really doubt that I'll ever put them up.
**Also, check my bodyspace**

Wow. I mean, what can be said but 'wow'?
Wow, wow, and more wow. Why are you hesitant to post more pictures? Congratulations, my friend. You are a true inspiration.

SEMI-transformation my ass, you made a full 180 and drove off the cliff. I doubt there's anyone here who wouldn't say what you did isn't amazing.

i can only speak from my experience since i've been overweight all my life. I
would imagine its alot harder to gain muscle while losing weight because to lose you have to be on a calorie deficit.... the last thing your body wants to do is put on muscle. I guess i would be kinda an exception though. Start from the botoom and build from there.

My diet was pretty consistent throughout
6 meals a day
at least 220 g protein
no more than 2500 cals a day
and always HEAVY LIFTING

Any suggestion for the last twenty lbs. I've been stagnant for a couple of months now.

Freakin Awesome transformation man! Seriously great job.
As for what now? Well it would be awesome if you could post a current shirtless pick so we can see the stomach status lol, but I'd say if you wish to cut that last 25 lbs, look into a few things
- a more planned diet with planned macronutrient percentages as in like what percent of your diet is fat/carbs/protein.
- upping the cardio
- trying the game over diet plan (free on this website)
I dunno, just switch your training up and keep going strong!

Thanks bro...you'll get there too, just remeber that consistency is the key... its ok to fall off the horse as long as you get back on... you'll fall alot less the longer you're at it.

I still have a lot of fat around my midsection and the skin is a bit saggy and wrinkled, but I can't complain that its skin until there is no more fat underneath.
