about badell... granted he looks like **** these days but if he bring conditioning like he had in 05... he's pretty damn impressive.
Same thing with james and ruhl, they are both monsters but they always have huge waists...
Personally..
Overated-Freeman, never really liked him...
Underated-Wolf (apparently he has some big ass flaw, i just don't know
it)
Henry (his bicep peak isn't "holly ****", guess who else is like
that, he's Mr. O).

Under rated - BRANCH WARREN! how does a man with legs like oak trees and all over hard conditioning like that lose to Phil Heath who's like half his size
Ronnie Rockel - no explanation required.
Over rated - Phil HeathBodybuilding is all about image not numbers, when you're up on stage your lifting stats and bodyfat % means nothing to the judges.

underrated- If we are talking fan wise i would have to say Tony Freeman 2wins in 2weeks and then a 3rd placing in a stacked Arnold lineup and still gets hated on tremendously on the boards for lack of a bicep peak, give me a break no one is flawless but overall he has one of the best physiques in the game at least the judges think so, so i think most of us are just knit picking as fans or are playing favorites. Also David henry used to be overrated but has lacked his traditional conditioning this year and looked bad so i don't know.
Overrated- Definetly Phil Heath I like Phil but People have already crowned him the next Mr.O He has some areas to work on and has to add a little more mass but he is on the right path for sure and just needs to keep doing what he's doing.Double R

Correction he has one of the best Back double Bi's in the sport......theres more to that pose than biceps.
His back blows most out the water, his delts are full and round in all three heads and his hams are seperated, his glutes are striated and his taper is impressive.....so he doesnt have a massive peak on his bicep. That doesnt make his rear double weak.

Someone should put Ruhl down...looks like a science experiment gone wrong.
People keep saying the guy has credentials in pharmacy, youd think he could use that knowledge to look somewhat aesthetically pleasing. The truth is looking at his "pre-lifting" pics he just doenst have much to work with genetically and contrary to what many on this site would like to believe genetics determine alot.

No, he is overrated because people have already said he was Mr. Olympia before he even got to the Arnold. I am pretty sure that hype went into giving him a lot of call outs as well.
And contrary to what people are saying, he is no Kevin Levrone or Flex Wheeler. Sure, he has big arms, but they were more complete bodybuilders then he was and in a different time.
You also have to kind of think that he is getting lucky some of the time as well because a lot of pros are fading because they cannot get things together. (Branch, Ruhl, etc.)1 Stripe Blue Belt, Gracie Barra BJJ (Reps to BJJ/MMA brahs)

Is it his fault that other guys are fading? Nope. Anyways, I definately think Phil is Mr. O material...just not for the next 5 years or so. He's going to be making the posedown for sure in 5-6 years. He just needs time to work on his physique. Am I saying he's gonna win it anytime soon? No. Agreed though that he ain't a Flex or Kevin. Those guys looked like some sort of super bodybuilders made in a lab from lesser bodybuilders.

I actually have grown to like kamali over the past few weeks.. listening to him on probbingweekly you can really tell he knows his ****.. i mean ffs he should shut his mouth about shawn ray, and put that energy into training.. However, there are glimpses of hope, wasnt this guy placing in the top 5 at the arnold once upon a time?

Under rated: Melvin, Troy Alves, Rockel, David Henry
Over rated: Gustavo, Toney Freeman
Toney looks fantastic for a big guy, but standing next to Dexter, Heath, Victor at the Arnold really showed his flaws.
Heath is definitely not over rated, he's exactly where he should be. Anytime a bodybuilder debuts the way he did (Flex, Levrone, Ray) they had incredible careers. He has all the potential in the world for improvement, and his showing at the ASC proved that he can ALREADY hang with the top guys.

Overrated: Badell(no need to explain), Markus Ruhl (looks like he was put together by Frankenstein), Gunter(not a popularity contest) Tony Freeman(looks the same and too small, rised too fast), Victor Martinez(given a gift for improvement but not because he was better than Dex at arnold and physique isn't that pleasing from the front, and nasty set of thighs), Melvin Anthony(too small, not hard enough, lazy trainer), Jay Cutler,(crappy arms, same film of water in his lower back, and flat in front and back).
Underrated: Johnnie Jackson (Although he has small legs, has one of the best upper bodies, just needs more overall size, and strong as hell) David Henry(not missing any parts, and very pleasing physique, just need more size) Dennis Wolf.
Why is everyone saying Dexter is overrated? Sure he has a boring ass personality, but he has one of the best overrall physiques, and many bb's admire his physique, and he comes is shredded everytime. All he need his more size, and bigger calves.
