Ok I have Eas Simple Creatine. I have used about 3/4 of it, and stopped using it for a while. Now I opened the container recently after not opening it in a while. This is what i saw:
Some of the creatine white powder had clumped together, kinda like sugar in a humid area. Little balls, and i tried to smash em up by shaking it, which i was party successful in doing. But now i want to take it, and its very clumpy. I dont want to take it if it is compromised.
I checked all over it, and there is no expirey date, it said best used by 01/06...but that is not an expirey date, that is just when it should be sold by.
SO can someone tell me if i should just get some more creatine, or is it allright to use it?

what about January 2006? i know what 01/06 means....
That couldn't be the expirey date, cause that is the Best Sell by date.
On other stuff I have seen the expirey date, and the best sell date individually.

I have a bottle of creatine that's like that. I think as long as it's still in powdered form and doesn't smell like a locker room then It should be fine.
I remember reading that if it starts smelling like sweat and it isn't in a truly solid form anymore then it has converted to creatinine, and I don't think it would be a good idea to take it then.

well it is in solid form, its just kinda clumpy...Havent you ever seen that with Sugar, where it starts to get clumpy? Like little balls and clumps...the powder starts to stick together.
Also if the best by 01/06 is the expirey date, i think that refers to a creatine bottle that has been unopened. That is prolly the expirey date that the shops use to know if they should sell it or not.
The expirey date goes way down after that.
Ok, well i'll prolly just get a new creatine container, simple as that.
Just wonderin for a future date, and if anyone else had wondered.
