    Looking for best protein to get hard while losing fat....

    anyone have experience with some kind of sports protein drink that I can drink right after a workout to help build muscle while losing fat? I am a runner and lifter and want to get cut without bulking up. I tried Methoxypro which is great but was wondering if there is something in a 12oz bottle that can be taken with me to the gym so I can quickly drink it. It can't put any pounds on - I want to get ripped. Thanks so much for helping this novice.
    BTW, I am using Hydroxycut right now which helps me get cut.
    I just need a lean protein drink.

    I agree with Str8flexed all the way. You can't build up muscle while you burn fat. The most you can do is retain most of the muscle that you have while losing fat. I suppose the standard whey powder would work when you are trying to retain muscle while cutting. It sounds to me like you want to cut and not bulk. You need to up your protein intake and slightly reduce your carb intake while you start to do cardio a few times a week. Again, I think that the standard whey protein would be good postworkout, and casein would be good before bed, just as if you were bulking. Just stop taking weightgainer.
