Anyone use those rowing machines in the cardio room or whatever
do those work for cardio? i row like for 4000 meters in around 18 minutes and the next day my triceps, back, quads and lats are dying i love it? anyone with experience on them, how do you like them?
wow this is freaking great, i didnt know it helped this much i usually row 4k i started like a week ago and did 2k in like 9:30 but after rowing 4k i run for a mile and thats my cardio right there! but now im going to row like mad
Rowing is my life! DO IT! You will not regret it! Maybe try getting into some local competition for indoor rowing! When you do your 2k, make sure you go balls to the wall! Oh yeah and Big_fuzzy, you still have me beat on the 2k. I'm in the 21s right now for 6k..gotta break it. My goal for this season for 2k is to break 6:35...goal by senior year is sub 6:20..oh boy. You gonna row in university?
EDIT: Just got an idea. We should get some friendly competition going on here in the teen forums for those who are rowing. Could be diabolically fun.
