I hate that guys articles. He doesn't know what he is talking about especialy when it comes to nutrition. He says to eat candy to get big. WTF. There is a difference between getting big and getting fat. Candy is not going to get you big. He also says to get rip of fat when cutting because they take up to much room in the diet because they have 9 calories insted of 4 like carbs and protien. LMAO at this guy. Ya I know I want to get as many grams of calories in my diet while cutting, lol.
btw he says later in one of his articles that carbs and protien have 4.5 calories per gram. lol, that is a new one to me.
That guy is probably 175 pounds with 15% bodyfat in the picture IMO.
