I mean he doesn't look that much. His arms are only 18.5 they look 20"+ at least.

If those are his current stats then that is not his current picture. I dont see how I can look bigger at 220 6'3" than he does at 265. And I dont see how 18.5 inch arms look like 15.5 inch arms. Maybe if he was 6'7" he would be 265 there.

I hate that guys articles. He doesn't know what he is talking about especialy when it comes to nutrition. He says to eat candy to get big. WTF. There is a difference between getting big and getting fat. Candy is not going to get you big. He also says to get rip of fat when cutting because they take up to much room in the diet because they have 9 calories insted of 4 like carbs and protien. LMAO at this guy. Ya I know I want to get as many grams of calories in my diet while cutting, lol.
btw he says later in one of his articles that carbs and protien have 4.5 calories per gram. lol, that is a new one to me.
That guy is probably 175 pounds with 15% bodyfat in the picture IMO.
