What about this book? It sounds like it brings a program and it's cheap

I found a book called "Complete Conditioning for Football." There a many suggested lifts but ultimate routine is left up to you. It suggests "core lifts" but you are free to vary things. They also provide different drills meant to build speed and agility. Give it a look sometime.
