Does anybody here still lose weight on a cut without doing any or very little cardio?
Or is cardio 5-7 days a week the only way to get results?
In theory if you lower your daily calorie intake by another 300 then you should be able to still drop the weight.
I know this goes against the 'burn the fat, feed the muscle' idea but i wondered whether anyone has still got results?

Yes, I have been losing fat while not doing basically any cardio. I have tendonitis in my left knee and am not able to run. I do kickboxin for about an hour twice a week but its not very intense. Its just usually mitt practice. As long as your diet is clean you should still lose. It also depends on how much you have to lose and if you are already at a low BF. But its definatly doable.

Well basically I only do cardio two times a week. However both times are an hour of 5-a-side soccer which is intense.
In the summer I hope to do some montain biking or hiking but you will never find me running on a treadmill 7 days a week like some people in here. I can't stand any cardio in the gym.
