my swim season starts on monday, and i was interested in taking weight gainer during my season. im 5'8" and i fluctuate between 135-140 lbs. i have a hard time gaining weight. i know swimming burns alot of calories and all but i want to get up to 150-160. i will be lifting and doing dryland training 3 days a week and swimming 6 days a week. would taking weight gainer make any sense? i dont want to take creatine so please dont suggest that. what would be a good weight gainer i could buy at the gnc at my local mall? any help would be great
