Your abs are just another muscle group, so why treat them differently? Some people work them EVERYDAY of the week. Now from experience, working my forearms several times a week they grow and dont stop. Since abs are used just as heavily as forearms would working them say 3-4 times a week make any sort of difference? What are your guy's ab routines? Thoughts on the matter!!

i work my abs 2 times a week. When i workout my abs thoguh i go pretty hard and i am unable to work them any more per week b/c of how sore they are. some people think that crunches are good enough, but there not you do have to treat them like any other muslce and blast them from different angles and exercises.
