    Nothing comes to mind apart from real food.

    Manufactured mass gainers won't make you lean - they'll add fat to the equasion also. You'd be better off eating food by the bulk and as clean as possible.

    The only supplements I can think of would be a good creatine CEE. It'll give you a fuller look by retaining water in your muscles.

    I don't think there is a supplement that can give you mass and keep you lean? You can get supplements to give you mass, or help gain mass along with diet. But the lean part comes from cardio and keeping body fat to a minimum...

    Ergopharm Mass Meal is marketed as a lean mass gainer. It isn't loaded with a ton of calories like a traditional weight gainer and it tastes pretty good.
