Yeah, I want my veins to be pumped up on my skin on my forearms & on my biceps

I always thought that most people were different by the fact that the veins are closer to the skin than others, of course cutting does help. But some people just have veins all over.

you could take V12...that works wonders if you want that psychological boost...quick.

or, you could just wait, take your time and just get bigger, and eventually, all your veins will be poppin'

basically my man, if you have a higher then 10% boddy fat ratio, you wont show much veins, or if u have lower then 10, and u dont see much veins, its basically down to genetics.

I recently got through with my first cutting cycle & saw my veins for the first time.
Although they aren't amazing...they are there.

i have maybe three veins sticking out when lifting and i have 8-9% bf. it kills me b/c my dad and both my brothers have them like crazy and i have none w/the lowest bf. screw genetics.

i have some on my biceps,forearms, and shoulders and i think im 13-14% bodyfat.Ive been working out harder since las summer and ive gotten my posture straightened out

Yes, cardio should do the trick...gets the blood flowing, pumps those capillaries.

Anyone have any idea why my veins would turn bright blue sometimes? I haven't pinned down at what time it happens but it may be after I lift or after I eat a big meal.

its probably because thats when your blood is pumping the hardest.

youll need to lower your bodyfat%. also most of it has to do with genetics.

Bump. When working out, blood rushes to your arms, forearms, etc. Whichever muscle you are working out will be 'pumped'. IE: viens swollen with blood.
