Hi i have a question about face fat. I don't have the thickest face to begin with but my question is when i begin to cut will my face become thinner? is there anyway to thickin up my face?

Yes, OP your face will thin up. You lose fat everywhere, believe it or not. My face is a ****load better looking after losing 110 lbs. Thicken your face? Like.. Make it fatter or more muscular? I'd suggest losing face fat. Just looks better.
Also, lift some dumbbells with your teeth. Dem jaw muscles. It's best to do it in the squat rack though.

I don't know what you mean by thick face...
Low fat + strong features (e.g wide jaw, straight nose etc) = aesthetic.

People store fat in different places. As you cut down fat will begin to disappear from places all over your body. What order you face fits in is largely genetic.
