Hi guys i'm new on this forum but not a 'newbie' if you know what i mean :P
I read a lot on this forum and i've learned a lot about nutritions and training in the past two years.
I started 2 years ago without a bulk diet or something, i only knew how to train. Now i'm busy with bulking for the past 2 weeks and i'm trying to get near the 85 kg for now on.
I was 2 years ago 68 kg and now i'm 80 kg.
Here two pictures, the first i trained 2/3 months. The second is from Januar.
