Usually i'll sip on it. but the new flavor i got (vanilla) mixes horribly and just tastes bad in general, so i mix it to the best of my ability and chug it down fast. otherwise i'd have my chocolate flavor or somethin and be ok with siping and relaxing.
what do you guys usually?
oh, and does it really make a diffrence? (other than geting water bloated) like is it bettter to sip? or chug?

I chug to get it over with, but mine tastes awesome to sip, especially if I throw in some dex, raw egg, and some natural peanut butter.
Use a blender, it takes a little extra time, but the chunks of whey you get when you mix with a spoon or shake it up is disgusting.

I get whey that doesn't taste horrible, so I consume it at whatever rate I want!

im really glad you made this thread. almost everytime i chug my whey, i wonder "maybe this is bad..." but i always chug eveything, creatine water, whey, green tea, etc... and for the creatine and whey, i only use just enough water to disolve the whey so i have less to chug. =P reps for the thread, thank you

Wow, pwo, I try to sip because its so damn good but I end up chugging because I'm so damn hungry after working out. My pwo is awesome, 1 scoop dextrose, .75 cup dry oats, 2 scoop on cookies and cream, and 3 cups ice. Tastes just like a milkshake!

i start drinking my pre-workout shake 30 minutes before i go to the gym and finish it 29 minutes before i go to the gym.
same with the post-workout shake.
