Usually i'll sip on it. but the new flavor i got (vanilla) mixes horribly and just tastes bad in general, so i mix it to the best of my ability and chug it down fast. otherwise i'd have my chocolate flavor or somethin and be ok with siping and relaxing.
what do you guys usually?
oh, and does it really make a diffrence? (other than geting water bloated) like is it bettter to sip? or chug?

im really glad you made this thread. almost everytime i chug my whey, i wonder "maybe this is bad..." but i always chug eveything, creatine water, whey, green tea, etc... and for the creatine and whey, i only use just enough water to disolve the whey so i have less to chug. =P reps for the thread, thank you
