ABS, ABS, ABS, Diet or Disaplin!!!
O.k I have heard so much out there about what makes a great set of ab's, some say your diet will be the only thing that truely gives result's, on the other hand I hear that it's all about finding a good fat burner and kickin ass in the gym. Do you lean toward's one or the other.... diet or discaplin? I would think that both would be nessacery.

Just doin' my thing...
It's DIET and genetics. My stepson does not do any weight training whatsoever, doesn't play any sports either and he has a full six pack. All he really does as far as physical activity goes is work in a grocery store and go roller skating at the local skating rink.
Please don't PM me asking for personal help with diet and/or training, I just don't have the time.

I hate him.
J/k.
Lol that when I wrestled my bodyfat was less than 4%, I had veins on my lower stomach....and a 4 pack.
Stupid genetics.
Power ab, FTW!!
On this website, you gotta get the rep. points first. Then when you get the rep. points, you get the power...then when you get the power, then you get the women.
Is it better to be loved or have bb.com rep points? That's a good question. It's great to be both, but it's very difficult. But if I had my choice, I would rather have bb.com rep points. BB.com rep points last longer than love.

LOL, yeah, I know, me too! If you saw the way he eats you'd REALLY envy him!! Here I am on a SUPER STRICT diet and hungry almost all the time and he's walking around eating candy bars and drinking energy drinks and/or soda! Apparently his genetics just call for him to be lean. I keep telling him the way he eats isn't healthy though and I point out all the GOOD, NUTRITIOUS food that we have in the refrigerator, but eh, teenagers! He goes out and buys the junk on his own (he's 16 with a job). Oh, yeah, and he has veins on his lower abs too, sick huh?

Come on... he's a HE and he's 16... he's in his biggest growing period of his life... wait till he's 25-30 and see how his 6-pack changes into a beer belly...
Mean of me, I know.
