    how do you add weight to lower ab excercise that involve the legs?

    hi I wanted teo know how do you add weight to the lower ab excercises that involve the legs its not as easy as adding weight to your crunches, any ideas?

    stick a dumbell between your legs? I think I know the exercise you are talking about and if I do, they have a machine where you can do it, they do at my gym atleast.

    when i'm doing hangling leg raises i just put a 15 lb dumbell between my feet. i can hang on to it just fine and its probably just about the right amount of weight for me. i dont have anything else

    i dont know the exact name of the exercise i do for targetting lower abs, but i guess its a slight variation of a reverse crunch...somewhat. anyway, i just hold a dumbbell between my feet.

    foot straps on a low cable
