also I don't think the average Japanese eats all that great. They eat a lot of carbs and baked goods, plenty of fried foods like tempura/katsus, ramen....soy-sauce/SUGAR is common flavoring for cooking
to balance the not healthy stuff they consume a lot of fermented/pickled foods and things which contain probiotics

I always SMH at these threads.

It's genetics, the fatties are right.
Another example is that Pajeets are always blaming the curry diet for being skinnyfat. Except Tyrones are eating McDonalds and are jacked and lean. It's not the diet, it's the genetics.

People seriously underestimate how much walking there is just getting around the train stations. Some stations have hundreds of exits and just crossing one takes 15 minutes. A lot of walking = not fat and a healthier life. It sure as **** isn’t because of their diet. I’d be so fat if I lived in Japan just from convenience store snacks and strong zero. They have a lot of fried food as well but just not American sized portions.

Japanese live long lives despite smoking and drinking a ton is because the average male is like 120lbs, bro.
That's common factor here with all centenarians across the world. They are all skinny. You will never catch an 90+ year old fat fukk.
Low calories + gut health = long life.

trans fats, saturated fats, high fructose corn syrup all consumed in such large amounts that it translates to heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. On top of drinking, high blood pressure, vascular disease from no movement. Americans are toting like 5 different comorbidities for the main causes of death in developed countries.

Jesus Christ I didn’t realize how stupid misc was on this. It’s steady state cardio you stupid fuks. They walk over an hour a day. It’s not diet. It’s not genetics. It’s fuking walking. It’s why joggers eat like chit and stay jacked, they can’t afford cars. It’s why Euro****s aren’t fat, they walk to work. The Japs have high carb diets but walk fuming everywhere. Americans are fat because they walk from their door to their car then 30 seconds to their office and sit on their fat ass all day.
