Don't know what happened but somehow older games just feel better

Just bought an old PS2 and some crappy old TV and started playing GTA3 and NFS:Underground

The artstyle and vibe mogs their modern counterparts

I miss the simplicity, arcadey gameplay and the straightforwardness of old games. Most newer games have like a 1-2 hour tutorials and annoying bulk of repetitive side crap that forces you to do in order to progress.
