Could You Attach A Tablet To A Electric ATV And Video Chat People?

First I was talking about attaching a tablet to a drone, now I'm thinking about attaching the tablet to an electric ATV and drive the ATV through the street and talk to people.

I have doubts you could do it with a gas powered ATV, but I have hopes you could do it with a electric ATV.

What do you think?

Edit: If i wasn't clear, I meant I wanted to control the ATV through the tablet, I'm not going to "SIT" on the ATV,

If it has cell service why couldn't you?

Set it up for RC controls, and yes. It's been done with all kinds of vehicles.
