Anyone else wear fake glasses to put you "in the zone"?

It's a mental thing...associating once I put on the glasses it's time for work.

Not glasses but I do the same thing with Headphones at work.

Sometimes I just have them on, nothing playing.....and I work from home.....alone, lol. Calms my ADD brain down and allows me to focus.
