yes you get strength back quick but what about aesthetics? i stopped lifting for 6 months. approaching 1 1/2 months back in the gym and almost fully back up to strength. I suspect at month 2, no later than 2 1/2 strength will be fully back to normal consistent lifting and about to hit new pr's

a good 20%. i noticed on bench for example, my triceps would give out way before my shoulders or chest felt exhausted.. that was frustrating to me, like im not ready to quit yet my arms are noodles
