I been travelling the past few days, and have been stressed more than usual and haven't been able to workout. Is that the cause?

but it can also be from high fiber foods like broccoli and beans

OR it can be from high sulfur foods like garlic and onions

....or if its none of those it can be IBS or Chron's.
