How are there huge markets now for all of this stuff? There's probably millions of ig personal trainers and influencers now training people and selling stuff.
I barely lift hard and I'm probably bigger than most of these dudes too smh

As a coach I only had so many slots to fill. Once the slots were filled, you'd go on a waiting list. I wanted to make sure I was able to respond to client's questions with 24 hrs. When you take on too many clients you can't keep up. You hear client's complain that they reached out to their coach and didn't get a response for over a week, etc...that's a ****ty coach...

It’s not that hard to gain mass lol. Eat good, be consistent. I made crazy gains in the gym when I’m consistent and eating good. I didn’t have to do a fancy routine, just PPL every day and switching things up occasionally

I've thought about it, for cutting. If you fell off the wagon and had to check in I think that would help you stay on track. Never pulled the trigger though. I'd definitely go with an RP coach or someone science based like Lyle Mcdonald, hiring a random instragramer is indeed retarded. But yeah, if you know the basics there's not much a coach can do besides give you some accountability.

Well you can continue to have 'morals' or you can sell out and make loads of money off of unsuspecting and dimwitted participants - in the end your morals are mostly there as a base layer of conditioning from your environment, society, and yes, some of it is inherent, but you gotta ask yourself, is it worth transcending your humanity on this one?

yeah, i get what you're saying but
most coaches are fking garbage and just want your money
so while they are paying $300/month for "accountability" all they get is some half assed emails with no daily communication
I know guys that compete who have paid thousands of dollars on top coaches just for them to barely say anything or even care that they are working together
i agree a good coach who cares can be worth the money

I started wondering about that as a lot of her responses seemed the same. So I started throwing things out there like remember when we started talking on that forum 10 years ago and how it was hard for me to do a lot of the upper body workouts with spine degeneration and bulging discs. Plus extreme bloating from the probiotics.
The forum part I got Indian-like responses but then she did send tailored responses for the upper-body workouts and extreme bloating.
What I gather is she has bots or Indians sending generic motivational posts and then if it's complicated they escalate the posts to her. I've seen this in the business world when people have a generic email address for a department.Make It a Great Day! Just call me Dusty. It's a Clown 🤡 World out there.
