It's been over a decade

I haven't been in the gym in over a decade...not since I was in the military and deploying overseas.

A lot of things have changed since then. I gained about 50 lbs. I lost the muscle I had built. Came back here because I want to get back in shape.

First question...what happened here? It used to be so active. It seems like there are only a few threads active per day on the whole site. If I remember right...there used to be 100's of people posting every single day back then?

Second question...I used to use pro-hormones (e.g. SUS500...yeah, the one the founder of this website got in a huge legal lawsuit over.) Is that stuff all banned from conversation on the site?
I don't see a post anywhere talking about those kinds of products. I'm looking for an edge to get back into shape...dont judge.
