In 2018, 22 women filed a lawsuit against GirlsDoPorn seeking compensatory and punitive damages. They alleged fraudulent concealment, misappropriation of names and likeness, and deceptive business practices. After a four year trial, the judge ruled in favor of all 22. The plaintiffs were awarded $13 million total as a result of the trial, and the defendants were criminally indicted for sex trafficking.


The following is a brief synopsis of each woman’s testimony, and a brief objective review of each video to investigate their claims of trauma.

* Was teased and called names when everyone at her law school discovered the video. The dean of the school called her a whore.
* Filed a police report, but nothing happened with it.
* Photos/videos were spread across her social media, the law school’s website, and her former soccer team’s website.
* Completed law school and passed the bar exam, but cannot work as a lawyer due to her tarnished reputation.
* Had two failed suicide attempts.


Video review: She’s not super animated during any of the scenes, but isn’t in obvious pain. Definitely a bit overwhelmed during the DP.

* Has developed severe anxiety and has panic attacks. She’s also developed a bad drinking habit.

* Developed anxiety, low blood pressure, PTSD, depression and migraines.
* Has been admitted to the ER multiple times for alcohol poisoning.

Messed up. I'm sure a lot of it is their claims and their point of view and money involved but everything put together you can tell it was top tier sleaze. Hollywood, it's a culture there, they just took it a bit too far. They got caught, basically. While they knew it was pron while they were doing it, they probably never imagined it would lead to what it did. There is a girl I know that did some armature pron and she talks about how it has followed her. She said she made money off of it but not worth what she's been through.

These girls were fine AF mostly and could have made 100X as much if they had an OF account. They could have sold feet pics and that's it and made more money. One thing that OF did is expose how much money there is on the industry and how the performers have been getting screwed in more ways than what they signed up for. The fact is a lot of them while they made pretty good money, they got pennies on the dollar compared to what they should have made.

It’s not as easy as every guy thinks it is. It’s a full time job (of being a whore) to start from the ground up.

It’s much easier to just go to some established company and just take a quick 5 grand for one days of work.

That’s not exploitation, that’s the difference between building your own business and taking a job. Of course you’re going to make less by just taking a single job

They all made conscious decisions, knew what they were doing, accepted payment, were presented contracts that they signed (if they read them or not is not the fault of the producer/GDP company) and some even came back a 2nd/3rd time......word got out, repercussions for their actions were realized, they regret their decision and want to take absolutely no responsibility for their actions, play the victim and blame someone else.

All repercussions, emotional damage, job loss, bf/fiancé loss, embarrassment, etc were self-inflicted by their actions that they chose to make, forced by absolutely no one.......if it wasn't GDP, it would have been something else.

Guess what.....for the 22 that come forward, there were probably 200 that were approached/asked to do this and they didn't....not to mention the however many other girls that did it and moved on with their life.

No one can argue against this. How the fuk can you sue someone for actions that you willingly took yourself. There was no coercion.
