Cut train keeps a rolling on my end, already a month in. I've been having a modest cheat meal on Fridays for dinner. Tonight, I'm going to be making tacos. Pretty simple, just ground beef tacos. It's just a bit harder to fit corn tortilla tacos into my macros in the week. Tends to shoot up my fats too much. I'll be having some chocolate/peanut butter ice cream afterwards with some Hershey chocolate. Pretty simple but should be satisfying.

Had my cheat meal last night.
Monthly Car club meeting every 3rd Thursday at a different restaurant every month.....went to a local burger joint.....had a double cheese burger with bacon, pimento spread, jalapenos & bbq sauce and a double order of Parmesan fries.
Had to speed back to the house to take a nasty dumparoo. Worth it.

No cheat, but higher calories as Ill be eating out most meals this weekend as parents are in town. All good though because new low weigh in of 182.1 this year and 6 days of cardio in a row, so lets call it a re feed lol.
