I love sweets but Iād want to die after a few days of strictly sweets. Would probably destroy your health
Fast food you can do daily and stay relatively in decent shape provided exercise etc. Protein carbs fats salts

I'd say sweets are the worst since they have 0 nutritional value
with fast food there's still a range from worst to least bad (lol) but sweets are all trash+++ miscin' at work crew +++
