1. Learn how to cook ( you should at this point in life)
2. Avoid buying overprocessed stuff thats in a box or in a plastic bag
3. Learn to cook and master legumes (beans, chickpeas, lentils, etc) low cost nutrient dense food
4. Buy fresh produce and veggies
5. Lots of stuff can be gronw extrimely EASILY in little space, things like tomatoes and peppers, cucumbers, etc.

Stock up when things are on sale. I get flak from cashiers "Herp derp why are you buying so many eggs?" Because they are $1 per 18 count you ding dong. Same goes for everything you normally buy. It will be cheaper when that item hits the sale cycle.
Clip coupons whenever you can, too. Most people don't for the dumbest reasons. Even if it's like 80 cents off that's 80 cents you don't have to spend on one item. Also when you think about it you're paying an 80 cent premium for not clipping the coupon.

Learn to cook and quit eating out.
Also shop at normal people stores, not whole foods and trader joes.
If the store sells meat wrapped in paper, you are shopping at the wrong place if you are looking to save money.
Unless that store is full of mexican ladies and the butcher counter sells all sorts of weird mexican meats."To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda

Eating outside from your favorite restaurants is quite a luxury these days and can be very tempting. If I end up eating from outside on a certain day, then I want it again in a couple of days....so better is not to order or eat outside altogether. But that does not mean we should not eat from outside forever....maybe fix days like me....I order from outside twice a month...and I make sure I eat plenty of it and my favorites only..
It's sad it's like that....favorite kinds of food make a person happy...but it's become an expensive hobby these days...what can we do...
