    uneven barbell bench press: is this normal?

    I know this question might be hard to answer without physically assessing me but for whatever reason when I go heavier on the barbell bench press I tend to push the right side of the barbell a bit higher than the left. apparently this is because of an inbalance in my back. I've never had a serious injury and got xrays as well to be safe and wasn't recommended to do anything. I also noticed that with certain exercises that one shoulder might be higher than the other.

    is this normal and is there a good way to fix this?

    Are the cognitive skills from the 2 hemispheres in your brain different? I'm a math wizard but am lousy at things like English composition. Quantitative skills come from the right hemisphere, qualitative skills come from the left. The right hemisphere controls the left side of the body. Everything on the left side of my body is larger, even my testicle. That's what every girlfriend has told me.

    Sometimes I tell a person that I am in a disagreement to kiss my left nut.

    I'd strive to fix this by going online and hiring a steroid user who I've never met - and has never seen me train - write a 'routine' for me.

    I had similar issue in the past. It was caused by some kind of trauma, perhaps a small bundle of muscle tear, or a tendon. These kind of injury never show on X-ray. Doctors are useless for treating these kinds of injury, all they can say is to stop lifting. After initial injury healed (like two weeks), I was able to lift almost same weight as before, but no matter what I did, there was always a tilt. Usually freaked out my friends and gym buddies, everybody thought I am failing, and tried to jump in and "save" me. Took me a year or more before I could lift the bar without a tilt to it.

    A friend of mine had a similar problem. There was a parasitic worm in the blood vessels that fed the muscle. He took some prescribed medication and passed out the worm through normal urination.

    If you aren't tracking your progress, you're just dicking around. It's a good thing you're going to do Fierce 5. You'll make a lot more progress and quicker if you keep track and work towards progression goals every workout.

    Bro, you really have to focus on setting a time to do isolation movements, working each side to failure. For example, do isolated dumbbell pressing: if your right side can only do 7 then match that with your left.
